These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ANA Trucklines LLC website and dispatch services. By submitting our carrier application form or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
ANA Trucklines LLC provides truck dispatch and freight brokerage support services to owner-operators and small fleet carriers. Our services include load finding, rate negotiation, documentation management, and carrier support. We act as a dispatch service and do not take possession of freight or serve as the carrier of record.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must: be at least 18 years of age; hold a valid FMCSA Motor Carrier authority (MC number); maintain required insurance coverage including cargo and liability; and be in good standing with all applicable federal and state transportation regulations.
3. SMS Terms & Conditions
SMS Consent: Phone numbers collected for SMS consent purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Types of SMS Communications: If consent is given, ANA Trucklines LLC may send SMS messages related to quotes and service inquiries, pickup and delivery coordination, and follow-up and service updates.
Example message: "Hello, this is ANA Trucklines regarding your quote request. Reply STOP to opt out."
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 messages per week depending on service activity.
Potential Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
Opt-In Method: Users opt in by submitting a website form and voluntarily checking the optional SMS consent checkbox.
Opt-Out Method: Users may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message.

4. Carrier Obligations
As a carrier using our dispatch services, you agree to: maintain all required operating authority, insurance, and licenses; comply with all FMCSA, DOT, and applicable state regulations; perform all loads in a professional and timely manner; notify us immediately of any accidents, incidents, or load issues; and not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized double-brokering.
5. Fees & Payment
Our dispatch fee is a flat percentage of the gross load rate, as agreed upon during onboarding. Fees are deducted from carrier settlements or invoiced separately depending on your arrangement. There are no hidden fees. All fee structures will be clearly disclosed before any load is booked on your behalf.
6. No Forced Dispatch
ANA Trucklines LLC operates on a no-forced-dispatch policy. Every load offer requires your explicit approval before it is booked. You retain full control over which loads you accept or decline at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
ANA Trucklines LLC acts solely as a dispatch service and is not liable for: freight damage or loss; delays caused by weather, mechanical failure, or events outside our control; actions or omissions of brokers or shippers; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the dispatch fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the dispatch arrangement at any time with written notice. ANA Trucklines reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that damages our reputation or relationships with brokers. You remain responsible for any loads already confirmed at the time of termination.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ANA Trucklines LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
